London in One Day Sightseeing Tour Including Tower of London, Changing of the Guard with Optional London Eye Upgrade
One of the best experiences I've ever had!
, Jan 2020
There is nothing you could miss out on this tour. A tour around the city of London and Westminster, the Changing of the Guard, St. Paul's Cathedral, exploration of Trafalgar Square, Tower of London and ferry ride on the River Thames... the day couldn't have been any better. And to top it all, our tour guide Leslie's commentaries were so detailed, clear and enchanting that she left us asking for more. It was a bit upsetting to see her leave after the tour ended. She knows every nook and cranny of the city. Definitely opt for it if you are reading this!
This tour was superb.
Emily our tour guide was amazing. She knew to stand to get the BEST view for the change of guards.
Apart from change of guards, the Tower Of Guard was another highlight for this tour and the stories told by Emily was interesting.
Get to know London in one day on this sight-packed, full-day tour with a guide. Traveling by air-conditioned coach, see top London attractions such as Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, and enjoy fast-track entry and a guided tour of St. Paul's Cathedral. Watch the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, and then visit the Tower of London. Break for a pub lunch, and receive a ticket for a Thames River sightseeing cruise to use after your tour or another day. For a bird's-eye view of the city, upgrade to include a ticket for the London Eye in the evening.
We only had a day and a half in London and wanted to see all of the top attractions without walking in the cold or getting lost along the way. This is BY FAR the best way to see London. Our guide Anne Marie was fantastic and the bus we rode on was nice and spacious. I was also really worried that we would get antsy on a tour for that long but they really, really figured out how to hold your attention and give you the breaks when you need them. We would go to one location for a bit, get a break on the bus driving to the next location, and so on. We also really enjoyed the hour break for lunch. We had great fish and chips and a beer with a group of people on our tour (by choice) and it was one of the highlights for us. I have recommended this tour to EVERYONE because it was the best day ever for my husband and I. Also side note - we went on a Sunday which meant we missed out on entering some of the churches (which I was sure would be a bummer, and it wasn’t because we got to see so much even despite it!) I
Tour guide was quite knowledgeable and did an outstanding job, Made the historic sites come alive. We were only a few blocks from where the terrorist incident (stabbings) on London Bridge occurred and he did a great job of handling the delays and reroutings that resulted.
See the English capital’s top landmarks on this most comprehensive of London magical tours. Take a tour of beautiful St Paul’s Cathedral, then make a photo stop at Westminster Abbey. Watch the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace and visit the Tower of London, where you'll have free time for lunch (own expense). Enjoy an extended river sightseeing cruise, and upgrade to cap everything with a London Eye flight or cream tea at Harrods.
London In a Day: Tower of London, Westminster Abbey & Changing of the Guard
Fantastic tour guide!
, Nov 2019
Richard 01....was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable and a great communicator. His comments observations, and historical perspective gave us great insight into the history of England. I would definitely recommend his guided tour to anyone. When in England....book Richard The First!
So glad I took this tour. It was so worth it. This was my 2nd time in London and I was dismayed at how much I missed the first time. Watching the guards in action was one of them. The guide know when and where to position ourselves. Our guide was excellent. So sorry I did not catch his name, but he was very knowledgable and had an excellent sense of humor. We actually sat and listened while he enthralled us with history and stories. Some people even stopped and listened in. He went above and beyond and you can tell he clearly love his job. I saw and learned so many things. Thank you so much. Job well done.
Gina paid close attention to the individual interests if the group and pointed those items of interest out to those people. It was a great day walking London and Gina was a seasoned veteran at navigating and storytelling. Highly recommended.
Limited time in London doesn’t have to mean a limited view of the capital. Soak up the key sights in just one action-packed day on this guided small-group tour. Explore Westminster Abbey and watch the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace. Then cruise the Thames River to Tower Bridge and explore its inner workings before delving into British history at the Tower of London.
Our tour guide, Stepan, was absolutely amazing! He showed us all of the popular locations and monuments around town but also knew about all the little ins and outs & interesting tid bits that we chatted about in between going to locations. If you are lucky enough to get him as your tour guide, prepare to laugh!
Gary was amazing. We were in London because our daughter was going to Kings College for a semester. We told Gary that and we just wanted a tour to get her acquainted with London and shows us the sites. He spent 7 hours with us and did a great job. I highly recommend Gary for a personal tour.

Our Tourguide was fantastic! Knowledgeable, entertaining and practical. I was hesitant about joining a large group tour but the headsets made it easy to hear and keep up regardless of where we
were in the group. I highly recommend it!
Visit some of the top attractions outside of London on this day trip to Stonehenge, Windsor Castle and the historic town of Bath. Start at Windsor Castle, home to the British royal family, for a tour of the State Apartments and St George’s Chapel, and then continue west of London to Salisbury, home of the mysterious Stonehenge rock formations. Finally, arrive in Bath, known for its elegant Georgian architecture and Roman baths. All admission tickets are included in the tour price.
Everything was spectacular from the ease of the meeting point to the sights. Tour guide James/ Darren and the driver really good. Bus was clean and comfortable. The places we went were great. Plenty of time at each location. Well done guys.
Visit some of England’s top destinations outside London on a day trip to the Cotswolds, the university city of Oxford, and the town of Stratford-upon-Avon, the birthplace of William Shakespeare. When you reach Oxford, visit sights like Christchurch College and the Bridge of Sighs before heading to Stratford-upon-Avon where you have free time to explore.
I'm not a habitual reviewer but I felt compelled to say this was well worth it and our host for the bus ride was a delight. Just GO! Sit back relax and let them drive you, tell you all the stories and make it better than if you try to do this yourself.
Avoid the hassle of renting a car to see rural England’s highlights with help from this full-day tour which includes round-trip transport from London. Choose from two options to find what best suits your preferences, and travel by air-conditioned coach bus with onboard Wi-Fi. You can either combine a visit to Stonehenge with a pub lunch in Lacock and a walking tour of Windsor, or opt to visit both Windsor Castle and Stonehenge with a break for a traditional English pub lunch. Both options also pass by the city of Bath, hometown of Jane Austen.
This was an excellent day-long bus tour to the Midlands. Warwick Castle is an eye opener as a genuine Norman castle. Stratford upon Avon us a delight and the focus on Shakespeare is both interesting and enlightening. Oxford is always a treat. The guide was both informative, interesting and very approachable. An accommodating driver added to the experience. A very worthwhile tour.
Take a day out of your London city break to visit Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, and Warwick Castle, traveling to three of England’s most-popular locations. Begin with a tour of Warwick Castle before heading to Stratford-upon-Avon, William Shakespeare's birthplace. Then explore Oxford and its university buildings, and drive through the Cotsworlds, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The Tower of London and Westminster Abbey are two of London’s most impressive must-see attractions, but the entry queues can be long. On this tour, save valuable sightseeing time with skip-the-line entry and head straight inside with your guide. Learn the history of Parliament Square and Trafalgar Square on a walking visit, and stop at Buckingham Palace, Nelson’s Column, and more.
Total London Experience with London Eye, Tower of London, St Paul's
, Dec 2019
The description of the tour was misleading. Our tour guide was a pleasant man, but didnt give a lot of historical information like we’ve experienced with other tour guides. It says a river cruise but it was riding a boat taxi. It was suppose to include the changing of the guard but we were told we had to leave before it was over. We paid a lot of money and really didn’t get what we thought we were getting.
Our Total London Experience tour was most enjoyable....our guide “Rick” was very knowledgeable in every aspect of this tour, great personality and wonderful person to talk to. Great tour to take for those with a limited time in London.
The day started with a late checkin and late departure. Early on, the bus was told that we picked a bad day because there was a half marathon, protesters and rain in the area. We did not see Big Ben or the changing of the guard. Since it was a Sunday, we also did not get the tour of St Paul’s cathedral. The lunch was a small cheese sandwich. Overall the tour was not a good value for the money spent. My confirmation said to expect a 6PM return but we were done by 4. The bus left us after the morning so personal items had to be carried the remainder of the trip. My expectation was that the Thames river would have narration to point out the sites but none was provided as the group was spread out in the river taxi.
Visit some of London's most iconic landmarks on this full-day tour, including a Thames River cruise and a ride on the famous London Eye. Take a tour of St. Paul’s Cathedral and admire panoramic views of the capital from your air-conditioned coach. There’s a chance to get a taste of Royal London too, as you tour the notorious Tower of London, view the Crown Jewels and watch the traditional Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace.

Wonderful Personal Tour
, Jan 2020
My teenage son and I had a wonderful day with Paul. He knows his way around London and was very fun and informative. Paul made an effort to show us sites we were interested in, London highlights and hidden gems. I left my charger in his cab and he brought it back to the hotel and left it at the front desk (thanks). I would highly recommend this tour!
Paul was absolutely fabulous, he thought of everything (including umbrellas), the timing for Changing of the Guard was impeccable! In fact, the whole day was timed beautifully, we got great value out of the personalised approach and saw a great deal more than we could have hoped for!
Thank you Paul, we will be back!

Guided Day Trip to Paris from London-includes Eiffel Tower, River Cruise, Louvre
Organized & Effective way to see the sites of Paris
, Jan 2020
I thoroughly appreciated having a guide for our day in Paris. Erlon did a great job explaining all of the sites. We were able to get right through into the Eiffel Tower and the River Cruise was a effective way to view many sites. As mentioned, plan accordingly for meal times as there was lots to see and do. We were able to grab a reasonably priced bite to eat at the Eiffel Tower. This tour was a great way to get a preview of Paris. We'll be back to explore further another time!
Grab your passport and cross the channel to Paris for an unforgettable day in the City of Lights. Your guided day trip includes round-trip transportation by Eurostar from London and entrance to two of Paris’ most popular attractions – the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower. That’s not all: you’ll also enjoy a guided tour of Paris, including sights like the Champs-Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe, and the Trocadero, then set sail for a cruise along the Seine river.

VIP: Exclusive Access to Tower of London and St Paul's Cathedral
Viator VIP: Exclusive Access to Tower of London & St Paul's Cathedral - Do this tour!
, Jan 2020
Took the Viator VIP: Exclusive Access to Tower of London and St Paul's Cathedral tour in September 2019. We were warmly greeted by our tour guide Trudy. She was incredibly energetic, enthusiastic and informative with her unlimited brain bag of facts and stories! Both the Tower of London and St Paul's Cathedral are a MUST SEE. Loved the polar opposite aspect of this tour....from the dark Tower of London to the ethereal St Paul's Cathedral. Because we walked between the two main sites, there was so much to see in-between as well! The weather was wonderful, so it made the walk even more enjoyable. Early and special access to the sites were priceless! For so many reasons, this tour left me with splendid, unforgettable memories! Strongly recommend this journey! Thank you Trudy!!
Norma, our guide, was very knowledgeable and gave a great tour of the Tower of London along with fantastic history while walking our group to St. Paul’s and then provided a great tour of St. Paul’s.
Go beyond a regular visit to the Tower of London and St. Paul’s Cathedral with this experience that gives you exclusive access to both attractions while in London. First, head to the Tower of London before most other tour groups, and watch the historic opening ceremony with a beefeater guide. Afterward, gain special entry behind the normally locked doors of the Triforium at St. Paul’s Cathedral before exploring other areas.
Fist time using Viator and would definitely recommend. Lovely small tour on a comfortable minibus. Graham our driver and information centre was excellent and friendly. We visited Bibury, Bradford and then Oxford. Bibury was beautiful for photos and a quick walk. Bradford has a gorgeous church and lovely shops with delicious cream tea. Oxford was amazing and spent the entire time sightseeing and exploring the city. Very reasonable priced tour. Thank you for a great day!
Let me just start by saying Graham was the best guide. He was very funny and make the long drive fun. The sites we breath taking and worth every penny. I was a tiny bit disappointed that we didn't stop in Bampton since it was one of the villages listed in the tour description. Other than that I would do this tour again and again. Even my husband who hates going on tours said that this was is favorite part of our trip.
The University City of Oxford and the idyllic countryside of The Cotswolds are two of the most popular day trips from London, but visiting on a large group tour can mean less time to explore. This full-day small-group tour ensures a personalized experience, with free time to admire Oxford landmarks like the Bridge of Sighs, Christchurch Cathedral, and the Ashmolean Museum, and visit the villages of Burford and Bibury.

Fantastic Tour and Great Guide
, Jan 2020
We visited London in December 2019 with our family of 5 (including three kids ages 11-15). Bill provided the perfect Tour of London. He took us to the major sights and some off the beaten path locations that made the tour incredibly special. We covered much of the city with a full day tour and learned a great deal about the history of London and the amazing sights on our tour. Bill was able to customize the tour to our family and provided good suggestions for our week in London. We highly recommend the tour and our guide.
We had an incredible day with Mark. Mark coordinated with us prior to our tour for final details and the morning of our tour we were off and running.
We would highly recommend this tour and our guide Mark!

Fully Guided Luxury Paris Day Trip with Lunch at the Eiffel Tower
, Dec 2019
It exceeded our expectation, the lunch that was provided in lieu of the Eiffel Tower lunch was more than enough. There was good food, wine flowing, live entertainment and the boat was clean.
Our tour guide Anna was very informative and so protective to the group.
See Paris and savor lunch on the Eiffel Tower on this private day trip by Eurostar from London. Travel by high-speed train from St. Pancras International and, on arrival, take a panoramic coach tour of top Paris attractions including the Champs-Élysées and Arc de Triomphe, followed by a Seine River cruise. Then, after having lunch at a chic Eiffel Tower restaurant, choose either to visit the Louvre (own expense) or enjoy free time. Upgrade to first-class Eurostar travel, including breakfast and dinner.
Please note: Restaurant 58 reopens in the Fall of 2020. Until then, a Seine River lunch cruise replaces the Eiffel Tower restaurant.
Windsor Castle, Stonehenge and Bath Tour from London with Admission
, Jan 2020
Our guide Pablo was very enthusiastic and I appreciate his efforts to manage both English and Spanish commentaries simultaneously. I would recommend that during winters (I went in Jan 2020), the trip could be started a bit earlier as it would enable people visiting Bath to explore the city before night falls. Overall, the trip was splendid!
My husband and I were in London to join an escorted tour of England and Scotland. The tour did not include a visit to Stonehenge and only made brief stops at Windsor Castle and Bath. I have been to England before and these stops were long-remembered highlights so I didn't want my husband to miss them. I booked this tour through Viatour and it was great! It is a very busy, fast-paced day with much to see but if you have only a short time in this part of England I highly recommend it. Including the simple lunch pack helped save time so we had more time at each of the three locations. My husband is still talking about this day trip two months later and it was a highlight for both of us. Wear your good walking shoes!
This is an all day tour and our weather wasn’t terrific but the tour was. Our tour guide, Vaughn, was outstanding and so was our bus driver, Armando. We couldn’t have asked for better, All 3 sites were worth seeing...Vaughn’s commentary throughout the day was informative, interesting, and he was very knowledgeable. Windsor Castle was beautiful and we wish we had more time in the village of Windsor itself...perhaps a day trip there another time. Bath and Stonehenge were both worth the time. As a side note, before leaving Bath we stopped at a small restaurant for Fish and,Chips...right near the meeting place for the bus. The fish was excellent. Bath is beautiful Stonehenge leaves you wondering...however did people manage to do that?
Uncover centuries of British history on a full-day guided coach tour of three unique historic landmarks, including two of England’s most visited UNESCO World Heritage sites. Learn about legendary royals like Henry VIII, Queen Mary, and Queen Elizabeth at the lavish Windsor Castle, then unravel the mysteries of the enigmatic stone circle of Stonehenge, which dates back more than 5,000 years. Finally, visit the Roman spa town of Bath, an architectural marvel famed for its natural thermal springs and the Roman Baths.
The day trip was amazing! We had a wonderful tour guide in Steve who shared the history of the many areas we drove through on our way to Stonehenge. The transportation was fantastic and the length of travel coupled with the smooth ride allowed for some much needed shut eye.
When we arrived at Stonehenge, we were in awe. There was so much more to area than what can be explained through articles or television specials. It was truly wonderful.
After visiting Stonehenge we were off to Bath. This is, with all seriousness, a destination not to be missed when traveling to England. To be standing in the very area of the Romans and learning of the historical significance of the city was not to be missed. Steve provides a short walk around the city explaining the uniqueness of its construction and the many changes that occurred through the years.
After hours of touring the Roman baths and walking the city, it was time to leave. Rachel met us on time and carefully transported us back to London.
Don’t miss out on this trip. Our family has been known to attempt too many stops fearing we may miss out on something, but this was perfect. We highly recommend this day trip and hope you are similarly impressed.
Discover two gems of southern England on this full-day coach trip to Stonehenge and Bath from London. Travel to Stonehenge, a prehistoric stone monument that rises imperiously from Salisbury Plain. This Harry Potter studio London tour includes round-trip coach transport and entrance tickets.
It was raining day through out of the day ☹️ and during the day our tour bus broke down so we had to travel by under ground train to get to different places. Our tour guide was excellent 👌. So overall it was a good experience 😊
We had a wonderful day trip to Paris. It's important that you understand that you are only paying for your transportation with the basic package: train tickets and hop-on-hop-off bus. There is not a guided tour. (My suggestion would be to purchase the basic package one anyway as it doesn't sound like the other options are worth the money.)
I will also say, that the instructions say that the the tour "Departs" at 6 am. This is not the case because the train left at 7 am. You will meet the representative from the travel company at 6 am to check in. You really do not need to be there until 6 am, so don't kill yourself to get there like we did an hour early.
This is a truly fantastic way to visit Paris and see what you can fit into one day. It was absolutely worth it in my opinion!
Enjoy Paris as you please with a guide or independently during this rail day trip by Eurostar from London. Opt for an independent trip with an included Paris hop-on-hop-off bus tour, and then stroll, sightsee, shop and spend the day exactly as you wish. Alternatively, choose a guided experience with an included Paris city tour, a sightseeing cruise on the Seine River, and time to explore. Either trip includes round-trip Eurostar standard or first-class tickets—your choice—between London’s St. Pancras and Paris’ Gare du Nord station.
Tour was great -- small bus a little uncomforatable
, Sep 2019
We enjoyed our tour of Highclaire Castle and the town a Bampton. Our tour guide, whose name escapes me at the moment, was fabulous and provided many extra tidbits about the filming and the story lines. A most enjoyable day except for the coach was not the most comfortable. We took the smaller coach thinking we wouldn't be in such a large group, thinking we'd get more personalized attention, which was accurate. However, I ended up sitting all the way in the back in the corner, not enough leg room or seat room, very uncomfortable.
Our guide and driver, Caroline and Ray, were fantastic! It was my dream to visit Highclere Castle and tour the areas that Downton Abbey were filmed. The tour was very enjoyable and Caroline's enthusiasm and knowledge were the highlight of the tour. The tour was the perfect length, and the locations were great. I would highly recommend this tour, and if you are lucky to have Caroline and Ray as your guide/driver, you will not be disappointed!
Trace the footsteps of Lady Mary Crawley on a full-day tour of rural ‘Downton Abbey’ locations from London. Rewind to the early 20th-century Britain portrayed in the hit TV period drama, and tour the Oxfordshire village that doubled as Downton as you hear anecdotes about the series and actors. Plus, visit Highclere Castle, the real-life Downton Abbey, to explore its above-stairs rooms and gardens independently. Highclere admission and round-trip transport included.
Windsor Castle, Stonehenge, and Oxford Day Trip from London
, Feb 2020
It was ta good trip our trip guide Richard was a good guy he did his job good the only thing that I did not like was they charge for WiFi even they said it’s free other wise as long as the driver and the guide concern it was good plus we were told that lunch will be provided but no lunch
I loved this trip! I was by myself and get comfortable the entire time. Tour duo Leslie and James were great. They made expectations very clear and were full of fun facts and knowledge. This was a great glimpse at a few big sites around England. Would recommend for anybody looking for some fun sight seeing.
Discover some of southern England’s most visited spots on this day trip from London. Delve into the history of the British Royal Family on an audio guided tour of Windsor Castle, one of Queen Elizabeth II’s official residences. Unearth Neolithic secrets at Stonehenge, the UNESCO-listed stone circle that dates back thousands of years. Then explore Christchurch College, the Bodleian Library, and other renowned university buildings during a guided Oxford city tour.
We absolutely loved every second of this trip. The pickup/drop off processes were smooth and conveniently located. We enjoyed having plenty of time in Oxford, both guided time and some time to explore on our own. Our guide Tom was extremely knowledgable and made the tour very fun and interesting. We booked it primarily for the studio tour tickets but were pleasantly surprised by the Oxford part of the excursion, and how our guides slipped in some Harry Potter related facts as well. We were worried we wouldn't have enough time at the studio tour, but ended up having more than enough time to go through the tour, stop for some butter beer, and do some shopping after as well. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend it to anyone passing through the area.
