Great Day

Absolute lovely day, food was great. Our waitress was very friendly and professional. The only thing i would say needs improving is to ensure people adhere to the dress code,as people were dining in tracksuit bottoms and baseball caps. Thanks for a great experience

a lovely day out

We had a really lovely day out on the boat, the atmosphere was good and the waiting staff were all fabulous. Nothing was too much. Our waiter Nabill was really lovely, he even took photo's for us alongside some of the famous landmarks. Cannot fault him at all. One criticism we did have was upon arrival. It was not clear whether there was a queue, people were barging around knocking others over and the manager behind the desk was very rude. It was unclear why we were waiting for so long, but soon became apparent that everyone was told to be there at 12 o clock, but there were two boats. So we arrived for a 12 o clock boat, but didnt get on until 12.45. We were happy to wait but would have been nice if it was explained to us at the point of checking in. The food was nice and the trip was amazing. We would definitely use Viator again to book something else. I have already recommended it to a few people too.
